Five Star Claims Adjusting is one of the largest active public adjusting firm in Florida with 5 offices throughout the state and over 50 professional public claims adjusters.
The Five Star team of public adjusters are experienced in construction and roofing knowledge as well as trained in building codes, regulations and construction techniques required to create leverage so we can successfully negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of our clients.

Our ongoing training provides our public adjusters with the latest information on insurance laws and statutes required to develop a true understanding of a claim.  We pride ourselves on maintaining a level playing field with the insurance companies.

When you hire Five Star Claims Adjusting to represent you, we complete a detailed estimate of what is required to repair your damages or rebuild your property.  We create inventories of your damaged personal and/or business items and their values.  Once we conclude our evaluation, we will compile evidence and prepare any required documentation to support your claim if necessary.  Five Star Claims Adjusting will engage the services of engineers, construction consultants and financial consultants in support of your claim.  

After we have established a professional line of communication with your insurance company’s adjuster, we meet with them on your behalf to inspect the damage and settle your claim fairly and equitably.

Our services are performed at no out-of-pocket cost to you.  Our fee is contingent on the insurance claim proceeds; we don’t get paid unless you do.
