Within two days after we signed our contract with Five Star, Larry had our insurance adjuster out to assess the damage to our roof. It was very obvious that Larry did a very convincing job because three days later, he was able to tell us that our claim had been accepted by our insurance company and that a check would be in the mail within a few days.
